Wow...what a weird character, it looks like something that would be in a horror movie.
I like the wired texture of the TV man's body, and he does have one interesting face. However his arms are too big and short, while the rest of the legs are too long and narrow.
Like I said, this is a interesting character, like to see what you do with it.
The Journey of Art is often the road less taken, maybe a lot more bumpy, but has its treasure on the other side.

His body doesn't look like it'd be able to support that tv head, so I would suggest fixing your proportions a bit, unless it's supposed to be that way, that is! xD

But it's a very cool character, I've never seen anything like it! :3

I like the overall idea for this character, it's definitely not something you see every day. But as the others were saying, the proportions are a bit off. I would also suggest adding some depth to the wires to make them more believe-able, possibly a bump map or something.

This concept is definitely intriguing. I can picture the wires being the arteries and veins for this character. One thing that I would suggest is extending the arms so TV Man can touch his own head, but if you wanted it to be that way it's totally fine because this is such a strange character- in a good way. It's amazing how abstract art and realism are combined in this character. Overall, I can't wait to see TV Man in action!
