Very slow. If your having trouble with the speed of your animation, you can remove inbetween frames in the animation or shorten your keyframes in the graph editor. Also the character appears to rotate in midair in the middle of the flip to wear its hard to tell where she is in space. Also the staging of the walk can be more centered to show that the animation is the focus of the video.

On the backflip you need to work on 1. Key framing the actual flip so she doesn't jolt back an forward. 2. Her arms need to bend as she's doing the whole flip not just the take off. 3. Legs need to tuck in as shes doing the flip so she doesn't look like a stif board.
All of these things will allow you to make it more realistic. Keep Working on it and you'll get better.

There are some times where I'm very confused as to what's happening... but I think it's a good start. Adding a floor plane would make it a little easier to have it look like she's not just moving in place and also help with the foot placement. Speeding it up would definitely help too!

The character is looking good. I also think the legs are looking and moving nice but the elbows could use a bit of work.

Her walk is pretty nice and also veeery slow and the back flip doesn't have much weight to it.... maybe if you shortened the amount of time she was in the air it would look a little bit more natural. Very interesting work! 👍
