Ooo nice, reminds me of something out of Tim Burton films. There appears to be some strange geometry around the hip area that may make animating this character difficult. Also the background distracts from the character in the video.

In terms of design, it may be a good idea to consider symbolism in your designs. This character seems to be going for "creepy" appeal, but for what purpose? The head and feet are reminiscent of birds, but what point is the design trying to make? Considering such points may help improve the quality of your future designs.

Great model, amazing textures, the spine looks incredible. Reminds me of something out fo Spore.

It kinda has an Alien Isolation look in a way which is pretty crazy and awesome.

Literally looks like it could be a creature from a movie where you see it in a forest or whatever eating a dead carcass, sweet!!!!!!!
