It's cute i like the boo's mansion theme. However, you can tell boo was directly added on to the texture of the bricks, i think thats the only thing that bugs me. However I know we're just scratching the surface of modeling so it's hard to modle objects or characters already.

The hallway is very nicely done, but perhaps it would be prudent to use some more variety in your color palette, as doing blue almost singularly can turn a piece visually uninteresting. The UV work is well done, and the choice in textures is also very nice. Perhaps if you use a flat plane with a texture of the ghost, you can move it away from the wall so it doesn't look like it's stuck to it.
