My biggest suggestion to you is probably to fix the face; while the open-mouth smile might work in 2D, it just doesn't in 3D. A more neutral expression is probably going to look the best here. It also looks like the eyes are dynameshed to the face, which can (and probably will) cause problems later, so you'll likely want to have them as separate pieces from the rest of the head.

Frannie now had a sweater and skirt and I'm working on her shoes. Critique is welcome and encouraged!
